Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

Upon termination, you must stop using the App, and all licenses granted to you under this Agreement will terminate immediately.
